General sms messages can be send to parents. The school can decide if only Parent 1, Parent 2 or both should receive the message. Learners can be selected as the whole school, only a certain grade, certain group, certain subject etc.

Messages like learners’ conduct and absence that are built automatically will be in the language of instruction of the learner. Messages are not automatically sent by our solutions. The dbeatle administrator decides what and when it will be send.

Schools can use any vendor for sms messages providing that the vendor can send it in the format we provide them. The costs of sms messages is not included in the annual dbeatle license fee.
